East Fork Lodge Dances In The Street |

As part of its Summer Fun program, the City of Wylie threw a Street Dance in Downtown Wylie, on Ballard Street. The dance featured the Brent Frailicks Band. East Fork Lodge was invited to set up a booth and sell hot dogs and drinks.

We had a great turn out by the brothers and enjoyed an evening with great background country music by artist Brent Frailick. The Wylie News sponsored a petting zoo with goats and miniature horses and even a baby skunk!
The army set up a recruiting booth at the dance, staffed by a fellow Mason, Sgt Carter. Brother Carter is a member of Tabernacle Lodge in Fort Worth, Texas. He now resides in Allen, Texas.
Danny Stueber on the stilts gave a fiery juggling display in front of our booth.
Proceeds from the hot dogs and drinks will help fund various East Fork Lodge activities, including the Lamar Scholarship for Wylie graduating seniors and our food drive for the Wylie Christian Care Center. Take a look at some of the photos from the Street Dance, in our Photo Gallery. Thank you, Bro. Cliff Smith, for some very nice pictures.
And thank you, Bro. Gary and Charlette Bowland, for supplying the hot dog fixins'.
