This past Tuesday, Brother Matthew Meeks was raised as a Master Mason. It was a wonderful evening for all. The evening started with a fine meal prepared by Steward Billy Meeks, who also happend to be the candidate's father. The Knights of Mecca came to East Fork lodge, dressed in their finest tuxedos. After Lodge was opened, the Knights took charge of the candidate. Billy Meeks was on hand to raise his son as a brother, which is a singular event in a man's life.

The evening ended with several presentations and gifts for brother Matt Meeks. In all, it was a wonderful evening and a wonderful degree. Congratulations to our newest brother. We wish him all the best. You can check out a few more pictures of brother Meeks here .
